I have "used" Sandy as a coach in so many ways I couldn't begin to separate them into categories--business, life, relationship, or what-have-you. Sandy has a more than willing ear and will listen while I talk, digesting my words and formulating questions to help me pull answers out of myself. Her energy is calm and inviting. . . like sitting by a fire, bundled under blankets with your best friend, mugs of hot chocolate warming your hands. She has provided sound advice from the 3D world to self-work in the intangible realms. Almost 40 women gathered at the Laughing Stone Barn to be led by Sandy in several activities where the group interacted with each other, offering different perspectives on the topics intended to let the busy women of today know they are allowed to rest. To know that we need rest in order to be our best selves. The introduction activity called for each woman to pull a quote from a basket, and then go around the room reading our quote and saying something about ourselves. Toward the end, Sandy led us on a journey in the midst of a sound bath. She led us into the spirit realm to meet an animal spirit guide who gave us a message. The sound bath was incredibly healing, the drums grounding as Sandy's voice guided us to meet our guides. Sandy, herself, was a powerful guide on this journey, from the time we walked into the barn until she closed the sacred space and saw everyone off.
