This was such an interesting experience for me. Sandy’s voice carried in a calm, slow cadence, relaxing me into the hypnosis. Her voice both grounded me and lifted me to soar in the clouds. I actually heard what I would describe as a heavenly choir as I floated on my cloud. When I had trouble landing for the first scene, Sandy was able to talk me down so I could my feet on the ground and explore the area. All the while, her cadence and resonance of her words held and guided me. Without her guidance, I probably would’ve stayed in the beautiful mountain clearing dotted with yellow wildflowers, happy just to walk through the thick grasses in this land that felt holy. But we were there to explore my soul’s past.  

In the first life I visited, I had trouble seeing the faces of the people surrounding me. Sandy once again helped me focus on one face at a time, and those I focused on became clear and were important people in that lifetime. At one point I realized my son in my current life was my brother in a former life. This connection explained so much about our relationship and the connection we share. 

Toward the end of the session Sandy focused on questions I had put on the questionaire she had me fill out ahead of time. One question was, of course, what's my purpose in this lifetime. But I also wanted to know why I'm so pulled toward specific things, like Celtic and Native American lore. Sandy asked these questions of my Higher Self, my Subconscious Self, and that part of me answered. While I could hear my responses, they did feel like they came from me. My voice even sounded a little different, and quieter.   

Sandy also led my Higher Self through a healing of my physical body. She asked if specific ailments could be healed, and my Higher Self answered. One in particular had amazing results afterward. I've had issues with my shoulders for years, and when Sandy asked my Higher Self if it could be healed, she said it was. From that moment, and for about 6 months afterward, I had no pain in my shoulders and my range of motion increased. (Since then, I have had issues with my shoulders, but they are due to re-injury, and I haven't listened to the recording again.)
